Aalborg The best shopping city in the region and Denmarks 4th biggest city. Besides classic city life, Aalborg also offers a zoo, a Tivoli and the famous bar- and restaurant street, “Jomfru Ane Gade”. This is also the home city of North Denmark’s museum of art. Blokhus One of the most famous and loveliest beach towns in Denmark. Here you will find restaurants, shops and galleries on the beach front – and the whole town indulges that special holiday atmosphere.

Skagen The very top of Denmark –and the most northern point of continental Europe. Visit “Grenen” with the sea at both sides, eat fresh fish in one the many restaurants in the harbour. This cosy town has been a hang-out for painters and other artists for decades. Artcraft Nearby Jambo Holiday Park you will find lots of arts craft galleries and workshops. Glass blower ateliers, hand made candles, ceramics –and all local designers inspired from the special, pastel light of Northern Denmark. |
Beach and Nature
| The Danish West Coast is something quite spectacular. Taking off from our park, you walk through the forest and then reach the Jammer Bay on one of it’s the most beautiful beaches. The fine, white sand and the beautiful sea invites to both water activities as well as relaxing on the beach. Not far from this lovely beach you can see spots where the sea shows itself from it’s more brutal sides: Mårup Kirke where the sea has provoked a moving of the church and the old light house Rubjerg Knude Fyr which is today a museum. Both sites offer a fantastic dramatic scenery. |
