We only collect personal data in cases where it is relevant for your purchase from us. Here you can read more about the data we collect about you.

Data controller

Collection of your information

If you want to book a stay with us, we need to collect certain personal data in order to process your stay at Jambo Feriepark A/S. We collect information such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We process your data when you:

• complete a booking
• sign up for our newsletter
• send us questions, complaints or anything else.

Treatment basis and purpose

We collect your general contact information such as name and address in order to process your booking with us. We need your email address to be able to send a booking confirmation and other information related to your booking. We need your phone number to contact you about your stay with us.

We collect this information to fulfill our contract with you. Your information will be deleted at the end of the calendar year 5 years after your stay at Jambo Feriepark A/S.

If you have signed up for our newsletter, we use your e-mail address and name to send you the newsletter. You consent to the processing in connection with registration, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. When you unsubscribe from the newsletter, your personal data will be deleted after 3 months.

Other recipients of personal data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is your guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that may affect you.

Booking

Your personal data in connection with booking is stored in our administration system. We host the system at CompuSoft A/S, which has data located on servers in Denmark.

Payment

When you complete an online payment, we sends your booking data to NETS Easy. Jambo Feriepark A/S does not save any information about payment.

Newsletter

If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, MailChimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC), which is based in the USA, processes your e-mail address and your name. In connection with the newsletter, LAZZAWEB ApS has access to the system.

Your rights

You have the right to request us to gain insight into, correct or change your personal data and to have your data deleted. You also have the right to complain about our use of your personal data to the Danish Data Protection Authority. If you want us to no longer process your personal data or for us to limit the processing, you can send us a request at info@jambo.dk.
